Fertilizer

This might be dumb of me to ask, but I'll chance it: if you are growing grass for your torts, is it okay if the potting soil has fertilizer in it? I know you don't want to spray the grass with chemicals, but what if the fertilizer is in the soil and not sprayed on the plants? Sorry if I'm being dumb.

Fertiliser is being taken up by the plants and your tort eats the plant and thus eats the fertiliser.

Soil should be untreated
