Hi All,

I was soaking my 1 year old Russian Tortoise and it poops in the water. But then I noticed this 'flakes' floating on the water. And the poop was not 'hard' as normal.

Is this something I have to make emergency vet appointment or I can wait and see if it stops over the weekend?

Regards
Liesje

What kind of substrate are you using?
Does it look like it could be substrate that either just stuck to her or she possibly ate?

I am using coco husk and orchid bark. Does not like either one.

Nothing to be worried about. Poo is showing insides working , tge issue is no poo , but that can also be that it has poo'd in the enclosure and you gave not found it!

The concern was not about pooping but the floaters.

Surely that is the disintegrated loose poo and broken up urates are the white.
