fly river turtle floating help!

hi my fly river turtle may have ingested debris or some small plastic and he’s having a hard time sinking i suspect may be a gas bubble but he’s floating head up not head down like the forums say. i’m in singapore and it’s illegal to have such turtles but he’s close to 19 years old and we got him before it became illegal to own one. there is not any exotic pet veterinarians nearby
