Food and tank size

I am feeding my baby cherry head fresh fruits and veggies but are there any suggestions about any fruits or veggies I should feed my tort. Also, my tank size is too small I think. What size tank should I have for a 1.5 inch cherry head. Sorry I am asking so many questions and what wattage light bulb should I use. Thanks!!!!!
