I bought 25lb bag of Mazuri original, and could only find it in that size. My tort is a baby.
How long does Mazuri stay fresh? How should I store it to maintain freshness.

Mazuri has a 1 year shelf life. Throw them in the freezer before then.

You could repackage some and sell it on eBay. Make your money back for another bag and your torts eat for free. That's what I've been doing.
