Found egg

I today I was looking in my red Earred tank where I have appx a 5in male and a 7in female, and I found two eggs! One was already broken but how do I tell if the other one is even fertilized or what to do with it? Thanks in advance

If it was found in the water, it is already bad (drowned embryo) if it was fond on land, only way to really tell is to incubate it.
