r/s/t are correct.

Of cause if you have a red foot tortoise, the frequency may increase some.

So what species we are talking about here?? Sucata? and how big is your Sully?

I don't agree! I would NOT make fruit part of a regular diet! Monthly is regular...it's a pattern...a routine! I, literally, feed them a strawberry each year (per animal) and a watermelon every summer. Other than that, pumpkin once a week throughout the fall and that's it! Apples, bananas, melons, you name it...not a good idea!

Although, it's not really a good idea to feed fruit to sulcatas and is not needed as part of their diet.

Aloe vera is a much better choice than fruit...but only in moderation. Too much can produce a laxative effect...and for tortoises that's not good!
