I don't agree! I would NOT make fruit part of a regular diet! Monthly is regular...it's a pattern...a routine! I, literally, feed them a strawberry each year (per animal) and a watermelon every summer. Other than that, pumpkin once a week throughout the fall and that's it! Apples, bananas, melons, you name it...not a good idea!
I agree too. No fruit. While they can eat some once in a while and its not toxic, its also not "good" for them and its taking up stomach space from things they should be eating that are good for them.
Same here. Never paid attention to the plant in his enclosure, only ate it up when I mixed it in his food...and one day I came home and the WHOLE PLANT was tipped over and eaten as far as he could eat it. Whoops.
