I just enrolled my daughter in prek and when I went to the school, I noticed a sign saying "slow crossing." It caught my attention, but I went along. So I get her all enrolled and the welcome packet had the maskot on it.......
Her school's mascot is "The Terrapins"
I couldn't help but laugh. I'm sure they alll thought I was crazy!
