FlashStill to small to be certain, but my guess would be a male. If it’s a male he should be starting to flash while getting soaked soon. Redfoots/ cherries are one of the few species where females can have a bit of a longer tail. I have a couple large egg laying cherry females that don’t have the typical short stubby tail.
