Gideons Travels!

Gideon, my three year old Sulcata tortoise went missing from my yard for about two weeks.

I had searched every where, dug up the flower bed, and to no avail he was nowhere to be found.

Last night I posted on Craigslist I was missing Gideon around my area and today I received a text saying he had been located!

Gideon traveled almost a mile away from home and remains unharmed! This extremely kind family found him and cared for him and were kind enough to look for his owner. (Me) I am so happy and thrilled to have him back.

I have other tortoises and I love them all. Even though just one went missing I feel like I was torn in half!!
