Green & White

Hi all,
After I have done my foraging for tortoise food in the northern suburbs of Chicago….

I often end up at the local produce Mart for more food.
I typically buy, among other greens, radicchio, endive, and escarole.

Do you all feed the white parts of these greens, or just feed the green/red part?
Is there any nutritional value in the white parts?

I feed our Sulcata pretty much all good food, leaves, grass, grape leaves, banana leaves, hibiscus, rose of sharon. (All colors)

Be careful with Marigolds…some are on the do not feed list.
