After I have done my foraging for tortoise food in the northern suburbs of Chicago….
I often end up at the local produce Mart for more food.
I typically buy, among other greens, radicchio, endive, and escarole.
Do you all feed the white parts of these greens, or just feed the green/red part?
Is there any nutritional value in the white parts?
