Happy or annoyed

Just wondering. Is she doing this because it annoys her or is she enjoying it?

When I stroke her back (did try to upload video! She stretches her neck and sway her head for side to side.

I think when they are annoyed or upset they retreat into the shell or get aggressive

Torts will sometimes seek out a low hanging branch or something similar. They stand under it and use it to scratch their back. It sounds to me like she's enjoying it a lot!
