How much should a heathly four year old sulcata weigh? Mine is about 3.3

7.2" cubed is 373.2. That times 0.113 is 42 ounces. That is 2.6lbs.
So, at 3.3, you are OK- assuming you actually measured the carapace length the right way.

hey how I just did your ratio and for my 3 inch 107g Leo I got 3.057 as the answer I don't think that's right.
