HELP! Tortoise spit up

So my tortoise spit up today and it was a pinkish color. She had eaten wheat grass red lettuce and yellow squash today. She is acting normal and the inside of her mouth looks fine. Should I be worried?

Oh and her poop also contained partially digested food like squash carrot and mushroom. There was also some moss in it. Didn't look too healthy. Should this be a vet visit?

Like not digested? Where did you acquire the tort from?

Like bits and pieces were kinda whole. I've had her for ten years, never had this problem before

Are you still cutting up the food offerings or are you letting the tort bite/break/tear up the whole food item????

I let her tear her own food now. I took her to the vet and he said if she throws up again I should worry but she hasn't and she's been acting normal
