HELP!!

I have discovered 2 tiny tiny plying bugs in my terrarium, i have a potted plant in there, and i spray my cypress mulch every day, and i also have repti carpet and repti-bark, from where does this come from?
PLS HELP

Because they seem to appear like magic, it is my guess that the soil or substrate contains eggs that hatch out under the good conditions in the habitat.

What's a plying bug? Phorid flies and "substrate" flies are pretty common over here. If that's what you have, they are harmless detrivores and will not bother your tortoises.
