Here a pic

He's acting so lethargic!!!!

He won't let me open his mouth!!! And he keeps letting out bubbles from his mouth into the water!!!

I'm no expert but I would take the little guy to a vet...could have something else stuck in there. Best of luck!!

He's pooping in the water and keeps making squeaking noises

He's moving a bit more and is in his water under his heat bulb.

Your tortoise probably has a respiratory infection or even pneumonia. Get him to a vet ASAP!

Until then, keep him warm and well hydrated. I would not let the temperature in your enclosure get below 85 until the symptoms go away.

I would just keep the temperatures up for now until you have a vet take a look at him. It could be respiratory infection or the bark might have injured him. I hope he recovers!

I still think you are dealing with a respiratory issue here. That's what they do when they are struggling to breath...they rest their heads like that. And the gaping mouth and squeaking too are signs of respiratory issues. I would recommend a vet visit...

What are your temperatures throughout your enclosure throughout the day?

It does look to be a respiratory issue. I would take him to the vet as soon as you can. Do you know the temps in the enclosure throughout the day and night?
