hi when my tortoise walks he’s dragging his legs and not lifting his body off the floor he’s a herMann’s tortoise and is about 2 and a half years old wondered if anyone could help

My hermann’s actually has the same problem he act normal and is healthy, maybe where he grew up wasn’t the best care. He sometimes lifts himself but mostly walks with a drag.
