My Tortoise dug himself into the garden in late October and I usually hibernate him indoors. It’s now middle of March and he still hasn’t appeared. I have tried gently digging where I saw him last but I’m afraid I might cause injury or make it worse if he’s buried under the soil HELP

Im so sorry...Im sure someone here will be able to give you some answers....Iv only had my sissy a few months and im still reading and asking questions.....but I will pray for you both. Im in mic and its still quite cold here most days...maybe Herman is still in hibernation....and will come out when it gets and stays warmer outside.
Where are you located? What's your weather been like?
