Hermann's tortoise lighting

The basking bulb for my Hermann's tortoise went out earlier I bought it only a few weeks ago. I was looking around my house for light bulbs and was wondering if the one I found will work. It says its a 75 watt modified spectrum incandescent with 850 lumens energy saver halogen bulbs. Will it be ok for my little hatchling?

I don't know, but hopefully someone who does know will be along soon.

I know that REGULAR incandescent bulbs are fine- I use incandescent a for my adult Hermanns. I would worry that a halogen might be too intense?
