Hi all,
I'm a newb to tortoises and the forum. I breed dart frogs, have multiple dogs, birds and reef tanks.
I was selling my frogs at a reptile show about a week and a half back and finally decided to purchase a tortoise. I had done some research and talked quite a bit with all of the vendors selling tortoises. I decided on a female Greek tortoise.
She is about six inches. I will measure, weigh and take pics to post tomorrow. I'd like to know which type of Greek she is and her approximate age.
She is eating well, is fairly active, likes to burrow and only poops in a warm bath.
So far this site has been very helpful. I'm looking forward to being part of this group.
