Just a bit of self intro. You can call me John, I am from indonesia. Just stum upon this forum hence decided to join. I have been facinated with tortoise since young. These tortoise had been with me for abt 3 years or so. Their main diet are cactus, hay and hibiscus leaves and flowers with weekly suppement of reptile calcium. I have been soaking them everyday. They are been kept outdoors with flower pots as their shelter. I hope to be able to breed them in future.

John, I certainly hope you do succeed in getting them breeding. What a shame it would be, for them not to be passing their genes on to the next generation.

Welcome John. Do they get wet under the rain or the pots are enough shelter?

The flower pots are actually halved and laied on the ground. Normally during a rain, they will sometimes remain under the rain for a while before they retreat under pots which will shelter them from the rain. I also do provide them an area which is covered by a piece of shelter to hide from rain.
