If a Golden, you may try the variant described in my signature.
Colorado Springs climate-type are familiar to the Ibera Greeks, while Golden Greeks live in s- AZ, s- NM, sw-TX type climate as average, but lacking the occasional cold snaps close to 0*F. Middle East is much uniform in winter, and while El Paso, TX and Amman, Jordan have the same January average, you will never see -20*C in Amman (maybe very rare close to -10*C), but occuring as a rare event in El Paso.
Regardless the origin, your tortoise will benefit from outdoor keeping from mid-April to mid-September.
