Does anyone think my hibiscus plants are too close to the enclosure walls? I had someone tell me earlier on Facebook that as the hibiscus grows, my redfoots will use them as ladders to climb over the walls. The plants are 6" away from the walls. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks

Sure they can climb....and if the plant is there and they can do it and have the notion to do it...sure they can.....now, I would also say that I doubt that they will do it...but that is not reassuring...is it? :D

ooohhhh, hey, in the corners you can simply increase the height of the fencing behind/around the plant? :D

Thanks Angela. I think they're too heavy to climb the young flimsy plants right now, but this time next summer will be a different story. I'm either going to put an extension on top of the walls as you suggested, or just expand the enclosure. The latter idea I like better. Lol
