How hot is too hot?

He goes outside for 1 hour a day. And even with lights, his enclosure is completely dripping. It looks like it is RAINING in his enclosure lol.
And your temps? If it/s pourig like you say...there's no problem with 100º+ temps now and then. NEVER below 85º though! That's 85º in the chamber!

The temp on the cool side can get to 95 and the temp under the light gets to 98 when hanging up.

Seriously...kill the light! That's going to accomplish nothing more than desiccating your animal...not terribly maybe...but why chance it?!?!?

Not at all! CHEs have the capacity to burn and dessicate...panels don't!
OHH okay! Are they cheaper? I just spent like 70 dollars on lights and stuff :( so i'm low on money right now haha. But seriously. If it is better.. I will definetly use that instead
