How long should I quarantine?

Hello all-

I currently have a pair of Russians and decided to add another trio to my collection. How long should I quarantine the new ones before introducing to the other pair?

Of course, I will not have two males together; but I'm curious about when I can have the other females together.

Also the females are still a little small for breeding (about 4.5" scl), should I just keep them away from the male I have that is breeding size?
