Thank you for this video. But prior I was able to load my pic straight off of the web rather than having to put it into my own files. I guess we cannot do that anymore.

Hi Josh. I'm STILL unable to take a photo/video of my tort. Each and every time I try to take a photo I get the following message: "The adobe flash player or an HTML5 supported browser is required for video playback.
Get the latest flash player. Learn more about upgrading for an HTML5."
I've tried them time and once again but I regret to say I didn't get anywhere. I don't have a smartphnone to send the forum a photo of my tort. Moreover none of my friends live near to help with their smartphones. I wonder if you could be of help, thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks very much your answer anyway. I'm going to have to contact dell or a computer programmer.
