I think the avatar change function is not working! FYI.

i thought it was just me, ive been getting so frustrated it always says the format's too big

When I joined and put up a Avatar, I had to crop only the part of the pic I wanted, then reduce the pic to it's smallest size, Then let the Avatar function reduce it to the size it needed.
