Ohhh...I like that ides!I'd try a sled...I know you are in N Carolina but Amazon would deliver. It would be safer than tipping him in and out of something and you would just scoot it under him.

I actually trained him to follow a stick with an orange ping pong ball on the end, (looks like a cherry tomato) which works great during the day. I work until 9pm and by the time I get home it is dark and he has no interest in food....)-:If I want my large sulcata to go to a certain spot I use a regular white paper plate, He will follow me anywhere when he sees me holding one. It's worth a try at least you may not have to carry him to his house every night. I've had him 23 years and he has me trained well, but I sorta have him figured out also.
