Humid hide for large torts!

Hello everyone,
I have a question that has been bugging me for a while and hopefully you will have some suggestions.
What can I do to increase the humidity in my large tortoise hides? For some background, I have 2 Aldabs (about 40 lbs each) and they have a Rubbermaid shed with a door cut into it for shelter. It has large tortoise heating pads and is insulated. I use a mix of hay and coco husks as substrate. We live in Phoenix, AZ so hot and dry weather is a constant challenge.

Your 'shed' probably isn't big enough, but you can build some sort of shelf, or guard and keep a bucket of water in there. Change the substrate to something you can keep moist.
