So, sometimes at night, I would leave little light down so that she can have some heat on cold nights, and I would see her resting her head on it on her stuffed animal, but anytime I would approach she'd wake up, but I finally caught her using her stuff animal as a pillow!! It's so stinking cute!! This was the stuffed animal she grew up with, so I am happy that she finds comfort with it!

That is very cute. But you need a ceramic heat emitter for night heat, not light. If you put the ceramic heat emitter on a thermostat then it would only come on when the temps hit what you set the thermostat at.

I would introduce a low rock as that is also effective and easy to clean. Check heat and light settings. My tort enc is dark(no light unless natural light) from around 16.00 to 07.30am

I have thermostats/humidity checkers, and a heat gun. Her heat is fine. Also the light she has can change from low to high. I only leave it on during colder nights, so it's a rare moment that I would leave it on overnight. But I do have more rocks that I can use. I found out finding flat rocks in my environment is hard :/
