Please help me out. I am researching the best methods to raise leopards the closed chamber way. I want to see everyone's set ups. Show me you enclosure and how you supply humidity. How are you monitoring it? Any information is greatly appreciated.

My table is shown just a few posts down as an update to my tort table post.
It isn't completely closed - it's closed about 70% along the top. Made a huge difference in humidity!
We used 3 cut plexiglass pieces that set on top. Makes it easy to remove as needed.
Good luck!!

Here is mine that I built this summer for my redfoot

That is before substrate. The water dish has a floor that is about an inch deep and substrate comes to the top(5 inches). The rest is full of water for a waterfall. That comes out of the middle part that comes out. A PVC pipe attached to a humidifier comes out the top to pump in humidity

Here is a pic with the front door

There is a ramp behind the main wall that leads to an upstairs. He can also get behind the wall, under the ramp. That is his favorite spot.

It is also built in 3 pieces so it can be moved easily if needed.

I use a 60W flood lamp on a timer and a CHE and humidifier are hooked up to a sensor. Heat stays 80 ambient with a hot spot if about 95 right under the CHE. Humidity stays at 85%, fill up the gallon humidifier every 3-4 days

This 40 gallon breeder tank houses 4 little leopard hatchlings right now.

I use plain, untreated top soil for substrate. Fake plants from the dollar store for them to hide under and rocks from my yard for basking and different terrain.

I covered the top screen with clear wrapping paper and taped it along the entire edge. I cut holes out where the light domes sit and lined each hole with aluminum foil. This keeps the dome from touching the plastic. The foil rings extends 1" under the dome and 1" out from the dome.

I use a 60watt regular house bulb for a basking light. I use a 15watt bulb on the cool end for extra light. I have a 100watt CHE in the center on a thermostat set to 82F with the probe placed in the farthest corner of the cool end.
I have an additional T8 bulb (an old UV bulb) that sits on top of the clear cover to add extra light.
I don't use UV light since my torts get adequate sunshine all year long.
Because I can't raise or lower my light fixtures to adjust the temps I have to change the bulbs out for different wattages.

I use digital probes for temperature in each corner of the tank.
I use the digital thermometer/ hydrometer in the middle of the tank. It records the highs and lows for both temp and humidity.

I've used humid hides in the past and probably will again in the future. I want to build a bigger closed chamber and will most likely set some up then.

Most importantly, COVER ALL HOLES AND OPENINGS
I can't stress this point enough. Any holes or openings will let your humidity escape.

Hope this helps.

Here's mine. I decided a repurposed coffee table would be perfect at least for a while for my RF!

Wow, some really innovative designs!
I was just using an open topped tub as instructed by breeder. But since finding TFO, I covered it as well as possible to improve humidity.
Then someone on CL offered homemade reptile enclosures. They are lightweight being made of thin kind of panel board with linoleum on floor. His design included a ceramic fixture hardwired in, but I passed on that. Maybe I should have kept them, but wasn't sure at the time how I would place equipment...
I ended up suspending lights and heat. I painted and trimmed them. Plastic lined the redfoot's floor.
