They look like Common Snappers to me...

EDIT* Staring at their pointed little noses makes me think they might be Florida snappers. I am positive they are not Alligator snappers.

thats what i thought. they are illegal in my state, and this was from a craigslist posting, so I am trying to get them, to give to the CTTC and have them ship them to florida. thanks everyone!
