Indian star tortoise

Hi myself shaan from india..i am really new to this fourm but need help desperately...it'll be great if anyone can help. So i own a indian star tortoise..it's been 5 years now.. every thing was going great but lately my tortoise stopped eating and has a runny nose..seems very uninterested in food poops not at all or like some white little poop only when i soak her in water..
I got no vet in my area.. what should i do? ??

I will answer here to the same in the pm.

Get the temps up to 85 day and night. Have a basking spot available to her that reaches 95-100.
Be sure to have water available always
Give her warm water soaks daily and put piedialyte in it, keeping her and water warm during the soak.
Offer her food daily and put her by it right after the soak. If she doesn't eat at all, add baby food carrots or squash to the soak water too
