I don't think glass will let air into the enclosure I recommend something like a wire fenceI'm going out tomorrow to get heat emitter and plexiglass to cover the opening

It will not end up completely air right and when you open it there is an oxygen exchange. Many of us have been using closed chamber enclosures for years. I promise will not suffocate.
