Looking for other Iowaians who keep there tortoises outside. I have a russian tortoise what time of the year do you bring them inside?

I'm not from Iowa, and have no answer to your question. I just wanted to comment that I spent a couple of months there near DesMoines a few years ago, and it was one of the nicest places I've ever been in the whole world. I am sure there must be rude and unkind people there somewhere, but I never found a single one. Being there made me a better person and showed me how life should be.
