No, it won't go away, but with the right humidity and conditions it won't get any worse, and the shell will grow smoothly from that point onwards, lessening the overall effect of the pyramiding.
it won't get better but will become less noticeable.

No, unfortunately, pyramiding won't go away, as Adam (Tidg'y's Dad) said.

ok thanks, I'm new to my little guy & just taking everything thing:) (Roger is 3m old)
I was also wondering if this is normal; when I soak him each night he wont just soak & relax...he's trying to climb out the whole 10 minutes he's soaking?

Yep, it's quite normal, but he'll probably get used to it in a while. (some never do, it seems)
Make sure your water is warm enough and that your bath container is opaque and deep so he can't see out.
Make sure the water isn't too deep, just above the line where the carapace meets the plastron.
Change the water if it gets too cold or he poops or pees in it.
i soak for 15 to 20 minutes myself and my little girl is now quite content with it, though she was a devil to start.

Thanks, I had him in an opaque dish then I changed it to a clear Tupperware b/c I felt bad he couldn't see us as we sat & watched him! We are obsessed w/ him (only had him for 4 days & i'm in love w/ him) & I do not want to stress him out. If he is out walking around all day & out & about when we hold him is he stressed? I'm worried we will stress him out & I don't realize it...he is eating twice a day and looks great but just want to make sure. Thanks

Switch back to the opaque one !!!!;)
They are easy to fall in love with, aren't they ?
At first, holding him will stress him a bit, i'm afraid, he doesn't know yet that you are not an enemy and going to eat him!
But he will soon come to recognize you as the harmless food god and with gentle and limited handling to begin, increasing as time goes on , he should become used to it ,and even comfortable with it Many love to have their heads stroked and other human contact. However, they seem to have different personalities and some like it more than others.
Time will tell. .

Bath.
For a water dish in the enclosure it is better to use a cheap, shallow terracotta saucer, sunk into the substrate and bif enough for the little fellow to soak in himself if he chooses, but easy to get in and out of and drink from.
