Hey so My russian (Lucy) has these weird gaps between her scutes. I am not sure I spelled that right. I have never seen this before but I noticed it after my daughter gave her a bath the other day. I haven't been able to find anything about it online. I thought maybe somebody here would know what's going on.

That is new growth, nothing to worry about.

Good strong new growth. The bigger issue for her continued care is a bigger enclosure that looks like a fairly small glass tank. Russians are very active and need space to walk and it aids in their digestion. Please read the guide attached. a 4' x 8' is recommended minimum size for an adult Russian

That is a temporary enclosure while we are staying with my dad. Her old one was bigger and it got broken in the move so we are shopping for a bigger one now
