Is this a gopher or a sulcata?

Hey guys, a rehabber near me was brought this baby that a dog had gotten. They think it’s a gopher but I thought it was a sulcata and now there’s a mass debate going on while we wait on dna. I was wondering what y'all think it is?

Sulcata without question. No nuchal scute and large scales on front legs are key identifiers.

Are you really running DNA? Who is set up to do that for either of these two species?
