Is this Both UVB and UVA together? I want a Mercury Vapor Lamp with both UVB and UVA so that I only have one bulb.

Make sure to do research on it to make sure it's suitable for your enclosure some bulbs and lamps only reach 6 inches down

You need to raise or lower it to get your temp where you want it. Just read the back of the box to see what the maximum height is because the higher up you move it the less UVB reaches the tort

do you have any recommendations for a CHE or night time lamp?

Use any Che, they're great for night heat. Be sure to use it with a reptile thermostat so it comes on and off as needed day or night.
