Hi All!

It was two years ago today that I stopped by Yvonne G's fantastic Tortoise Wonderland and adopted a Sulcata tortoise who I named Ed Jones.

He's been a fantastic addition to our family of beasts, and we're just thrilled to have him.

Not sure of his exact stats

Yvonne G estimated his age 2 years ago at about 10 years old. His weight -- maybe 10 pounds -- and he's about 16 inches long.

It looks like you may need to clip the sides of Ed's beak just a tiny bit. See how it's starting to flare out? Just take the corner of a nail clipper and clip off that flare.

I'm always glad to hear success adoption stories. Most of the time I never hear from the folks who adopt from me. So thanks for posting about Ed. And happy 2nd anniversary!!
