This poor guy is an adult, wild caught, and missing his back right foot. He was purchased by someone who ended up not wanting him and was probably going to spend his days in a small space with no water.

He is very afraid of me, but I've filled his home with rocks and crevices. He's coming around though, and ate cactus from my hand today. He's eating great and his white urate poops have become dark brown/green

I've given him the name Captain Flatbeard, and love him already even though he came to me as a mere lodger

Congrats. I love my pancakes. Don't it personally from him my pancakes are very shy at random times.

Pancakes are painfully shy. I remember mine from many years ago.

In the video he looks pyramided but in your pictures he looks smooth. Which is it I'm confused?

Lucky! I would love to have one but they are hard to find. Glad your little pancake is adapting.
