Ixora flowers for tortoise??

My plant of this kind is in bloom and i'm wondering if it's safe to give to tortoise? anyone has an idea?

- we actually eat the nectar of this flower when we were kids

hope my tort can eat it, she's currently tired of hibiscus and dandelions are not available anywhere and other flowering plants they can eat are hard to grow here

*p.s. Is there someone kind enough to send some dandelion seeds to the philippines??? I'll pay for the shipping ebay is no go, too expensive!
