About a year ago someone gave me a fish and I wasn't sure what it was, it's been about a year it grew a bunch and he became a great looking fish.

This is a electric blue morph jack Dempsey, these guys don't get very big.

I love this species one of my favorites. I've only ever raised the regular colored ones. Gorgeous fish when they color up.

Looks good? What size is it? Electric blue JD's have a bad tendency of randomly dying when they get above 4inch, generally due to really high inbreeding to bring out the colours.

He is about 5 inches shows no signs of dying, he just hangs out all day and has his little cave he likes lol. He's one of my favorites
