Every time the "rain" system goes off in the greenhouse, it is always neat to watch what goes on in the erosa pen. This species is very favorable to moving water. They will immediately breed if sprayed, misted, or fresh water is changed out from the pond in there enclosure. Here's a video of one of the males drinking from the rain system.

Very cool. Do you use heated water or is it warm enough inside the enclosure that the water supply stays at a warmer temp without added heating?

It's not heated. But so warm and humid in there it holds quite warm. I didn't get around to even installing the water heater to heat the ground this winter. But this summer that will be done, then the rain will be like warm water for longer "rain" events during the winter. Because after a couple minutes the water does turn quite cold.

That's. Cool. Do you force a dry season with your erosa?
