Leopard or Russian wanted in central Florida

Honestly I'd like to adopt rather than purchase a tort. I'm most comfortable with herbivores. I've done the research, I have both the space and place just checking to see if anyone needs to rehome their tortoise. Honestly I'm open to anything from 1- 12inches and smaller (currently, not to say they can't grow larger after adopting). I've just studied up on the Russians and the Leopards thus far.
I'm north of Tampa and willing to travel from Gainsville to St. Pete- ish or Tampa to Orlando or pay a shipping fee.
