I owned them for about two months, but he was a yearling when I bought him. This is his enclosure update one flood basking light, one ceramic heat, meter LED strips.

Basking side : 100F Basking 65 Humidity
Cool side: 84F cool side 83 Humidity

Any update advice .

Everything is looking pretty great! Baby looks wonderful and has a lovely home to explore there, nice update to see

70 grams 4 inch shell . Not sure how old he is exactly

70 grams is a good sign, but that seems very light for a four inch tortoise. I think your scale might be right, but your ruler might be wrong, based on looking at the pics.

Do i meausre on ground level or on top of the shell with curvature ?

Put the ruler against a wall. Put the tortoise on top of the ruler with its shell pressed up against the wall and head retracted into the shell. Look straight down over the rear of the shell onto the ruler.
