Leopards and Pilea?

Hello I was wondering
I baught some Pilea today cuz I thought maybe it would be a nice food plant for her to feast on. not thinking to look to my book i got for christmas,or ask you guys. im not home near book atm. would that be ok to use? If not ill throw the plant away. I dont want it around my house for her to eat while she roams.

There are many varieties of pilea. From what I found on a google search, it's not toxic.

Agreed. I can find nothing that shows any toxicity in the references. All greenhouse-grown plants should be considered not fit for feeding, as the growers use a bunch of fungicides and pesticides that are not safe for food plants.

It says its organic but has a sign the says do not consume, would that be just for humans? Or good for her? U gave me mixed messages

I'm sorry but I don't understand about mixed messages , I don't see any mixed messages .

It says it is an organically grown houseplant? Very seldom does one find that. If it is, then great; feed it.
