No. They need dark. If you need night heat, use a CHE or other radiant heat without light. Use a a thermostat to keep temps consistent.

UV on for 10-12 hours a day.
Dark at night.
Heat by CHE as needed day and night.

It all depends on your temp. Readings for heat lamps. UVB- just follow what the sun outside is doing. You want to mimic the natural day/night cycle. As for heat, depending on your species, you maybe ok with temp dropping some at night but if you have a baby tort or if you keep high humidity inside of the enclosure, I'd keep it warm at night. I am in Texas and keep my CHE on at night. We use A/C at our house which in my view is too cold for my juvenile RF's.
